We are a husband and wife team using advanced Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linquistic Programming techniques (NLP) to help people change their lives.

David specialises in Stop Smoking using a system that has a 95% success rate in one session. Nichola specialises in Natural Relaxed Childbirth. We both specialise in Weight Loss, Fears and Phobias.

We are both fully qualified, experienced advanced Hypnotherapists, registered with The General Hypnotherapy Register (the Registering Agency for the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council) which was established following Department of Health Guidelines. We are also Registered Members of the National Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists and listed with the Hypnotherapist Register.

As full members of the GHR and NRAH, we are required to continue professional development in our area of expertise, so that we can keep up to date with the latest hypnosis techniques and continue to improve our level of skill. For example, Nichola recently, successfully completed specialised training in “Hypnosis for Natural Relaxed Childbirth”.

In 2004, we both successfully completed a Medical Hypnosis course with the American Association of Medical Hypnotherapists at Regent’s College in London.

As a matter of interest, a couple of years ago, we attended a masterclass with Andrew Newton, World famous Television Hypnotist, The Man Who Taught Paul McKenna! This was a rare chance to learn from the experience of a man who was the first hypnotist to have had his own TV programme and Series in Britain.
